Today’s highlight for my crew was a private tour of the fishing vessel I’m tied up
behind, including a detailed explanation of the mussel fishing industry. As enthusiastic consumers of the end product, my crew was delighted to become so well informed about the techniques, skills and bureaucracy surrounding this challenging way of earning a living.
